No other guitar maker could make something as tailored and fit for a girl. I play my Daisy Rock Rock Candy Guitar at every show I do and even my lead guitarists (gibson/fender enthusiasts) enjoy playing on it and they're BOYS!!!! Ever since the first time I picked it up, it was my dream guitar and after getting one for myself, I lowered the actions a little bit (and easy and cheap fix to make it easier to play the 4-hour gigs) it really was my dream guitar. To me it sounds like a Les Paul, but you don't have to lug around the 13 or so pounds! At only 8 pounds (I think) it doesn't hurt your back and the smaller neck makes it perfect for girl hands. Go get this guitar!!! It's the best!

When I walked into Guitar Central during the 2005 Xmas vacations, I fell in love! I couldn't beleive I actually have the Daisy Rock Rock Candy Guitar infront of me! I was so happy! I picked it up, felt its necks and the most awesome part it's heavy! Super light weight & all the Sales Men said I looked great playing it. My 8 year old sister has a Squier-Mini. && when she picked up this little guitar she fell in love! She asked my dad if we could sell her guitar && buy this one! I kept laughing the whole night long! She's not a strong girl and she could play this guitar perfectly! =D <3333333333333333

I got this guitar for me to play in my band and let me tell you this guitar ROCKS HARDER than guitar I have every had deff. 5 stars w/out a doubt. Everyone who is looking for a guitar this guitar is the one to go with if you beginner or the best guitar player alive..... This guitar kicks A$$!!!!!

I am very small boned and have exceptionally small hands (think size 2 feet) and have been playing guitar for about 15 years. The slim neck and body of the Daisy Rock fits me so much better. I'm not an ape whose arms go past their knees, but I can still sling it close to the hip and it will look sexy. The neck is slender but won't give you any problems with the spacing of the strings. I downtune the guitar by a whole step and then capo it off at the second fret. Check it out, I now have a shortscale guitar! Sounds great, feels good bending notes and flying riffs. A great guitar if you've had trouble with finding one that "fits".

I'm an old blues guitar player and my 15 year old daughter wanted to learn to play guitar. I came across the Daisy Rock "Rock Candy" model and played it on a Vox AT30VT Valvetronix Amp which I also bought for her. I personally own Gibson Les Paul, ES335 and SG Standard so my personal standards are quite high. This guitar, in particular, is very well constructed and is also a very beautiful instrument. As for the sound?.... Forget about it! It Rocks!!!

Champagne Sparkle is a wonderful pink/silvery glitter. Guitar is covered with thick beautiful clear coating that doesn't show well in pictures.It has a small fast neck with large frets. It plays easily. The body is well balanced and the guitar just feels nice in anybody's hands (man, woman, teenager etc).Don't let the pretty package fool you. This IS totally a rock guitar. Quality components combined beautifully into a functional piece of art that can handle any type of music and beg to do more. Bends are easy, long sustain, choice of pick-upsound with the push-pull switch. The tone knob creates more change than more expensive pieces. The guitar creates a modern rock sound with a slightly 'edgy and raw tone'. This guitar is worth twice it's price or more. It's definitely good for a learner and will stay with them into performance (and look awesome doing so). I'd recommend this guitar to anybody. 5 stars times one hundred.
