Nice little guitar. Sounds good. Very handy size, and well built too. Round bowl projects the sound well. The lyramold back makes toting it around alot more carefree. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I originally bought this guitar for my kids. Despite the 3/4 size, this guitar is a good fit for average size adults. We had to lower the string height a bit, the sound is a bit muffled (typical of round back designs), there is a slight twist in the neck in the lower half of the fretboard (which we compensated for with the bridge adjustment), and there were a couple of cosmetic problems on the neck (we fixed these as well). Regardless of these small issues, this guitar is very easy to play and it is very durable in comparison to all-wood guitars. Overall, this is a great value for a fun guitar that your kids can learn and play with for many years. In fact, I like it so much that I find myself picking it up and playing it when my kids aren't.

We recently bought this for our son as a step-up from the 1/2 size guitar he's been been playing and we very happy with our choice. If you want to stay with nylon strings, it's a great alternative to a classical guitar's traditional looks. The sound is warm and sustains well, the string height is set low compared to a classical and the neck width is narrower. All this makes it easier to play, especially to strum. We also like the bowl-shaped, synthetic body because it seems more rigged than wood. This guitar will travel a lot, like the 1/2 size did, so being able to resist getting crushed or punctured is important. This is a good choice if you want to stay with nylon but want a modern looking, easy to play guitar.

This istrument plays very well and has a nice tone. I don' think it sounds like they just slapped on nylon strings. My teacher even thought it was a very nice instrument.
