Comments about Hal Leonard Guitar Aerobics - Book/2-CD Pack:

I have really enjoyed this book so far. I like the fact that you have exercises/riffs in several areas that you cover each week. I also like it that the author covers many various styles. You get speed exercises, scale exercises, chord exercises and actuall riffs and solo ideas to try. a whole years worth. Great!
