its a very great instrument to have because its so portable you can take it anywhere mate....the outer laquer peels but can be easily dealt with at home and doesnt effect the sound

The whistle shipped in days. I have played the guitar for years, and have slowly developed my skills. It never fulfilled me as I had wanted, and was weary of starting a new instrument. The truth is, the whistle is amazingly quick to learn. In two days I was able to learn a song from the Lord of the Rings series, and be able to play it beautifully. The Irish Tin Whistle is a wonderful instrument to carry in the pocket and take on adventures and everywhere.

I bought this item for my 12 year old son, who is a huge fan of the late, great Rich Mullins. Within 30 minutes of unpacking, he was playing a very nice rendition of Amazing Grace. The product seems well made and has a very nice tone considering the price paid. My son can't play like Rich Mullins just yet but given enough time and practice... A very good deal for the price! Absolutely perfect for a beginner.
