Easily bend blow and draw notes.
The Suzuki Promaster Valved Harmonica is a 10-hole diatonic built with the same precision as the standard Promaster. This revolutionary harmonica features precision crafted reed plates for easy note bending and phosphor bronze reeds. The draw cycle valve system circulates air to allow note bending in the blow as well as the draw cycle. Its note bending abilities will make your music magical! Comes with a soft lined hardshell carrying case.
Valves—also known as windsavers—are typically used in chromatic harmonicas to prevent air from going into the reed that is not being played. For example, air from a blow reed does not escape through the slit for the draw reed. On a diatonic harmonica, valves make it more airtight and it becomes easier to bend the lower blow notes and upper draw notes by focusing more of the air to a single reed.

Promaster Quality
Comments about Suzuki Promaster Valved Harmonica:
I purchased two Promaster valved harmonicas one in the key of A and one in G. These are very high quality products. If you are used to a standard diatonic and replacing your favorite, I would buy a regular promaster. Try a valved one as something different. I am very happy with mine.

new to valved harmonicas.
Comments about Suzuki Promaster Valved Harmonica:
Bought a Promaster Valved in g and cross harp it in c. Without beating around the bush it's the best harmonica I've ever played. Low notes bend easily. High end notes don't blow over quite as easily but can be done. What's so amazing is the amount of air it doesn't take to make it sound good. Has the longest sustain you can imagine--and then some. Am buying the set.
