Tone as warm and clear as an island sunrise.
This soprano ukulele has a sweet sound and authentic craftsmanship that brings to mind the most traditional Hawaiian ukuleles. This model has a highly radiused top and back and a super thin gloss finish for a more expressive tone.
The soprano ukulele features all-solid mahogany on the front, back and sides that's carefully graduated, a one-piece mahogany neck, and a bone nut and saddle.
The uke also comes with deluxe adjustable friction tuners and D'Addario strings.

Comments about Silver Creek All Solid Soprano ukulele:
Decided to try my hand at ukulele while I have some down time between classes, this seemed like a great one to try since the price was considerably better than any other all solid.I had been eyeing some laminate models at the local music shops and [@], but the price was essentially the same and none of them felt like they were very good quality. After getting this I was amazed by how nice it feels and looks. I had read that the tone was somewhat muted, but I have noticed that once I changed the strings it really projects pretty well. I don't need it to fill an auditorium with sound. Nor would most other soprano ukes do the same. The neck is nice and chunky and I have big hands and this is probably the only soprano I have ever been able to play comfortably. The intoation is spot on. The only bad thing I can really gripe about it the tuners. It is very difficult to get in tune you either overcorect one way or the other because it is a direct drive ratio. If I change anything on this uke it will be the tuners. That is the only reason I marked it down to a three. I don't give anything a 5 unless it is truly mind-blowingly good. I think there are definitely nicer ukes out there, but for this price I think you would be hard pressed to find a better soprano. I suggest adding new strings to your cart if you purchase, but other than that it is an absolute joy to own.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The glued bridge detached
Comments about Silver Creek All Solid Soprano ukulele:
The bridge holding the strings in place on the body of the uke is secured by glue. I will refrain from explitives regarding the quality of this instrument. Suffice it to say, glue does not hold the tightened strings for long. I am very upset about the product.
