I have been playing for 2yrs and play blues harps big rivers and marine bands but I keep these to have fun with they are sturdy and sound good they just are not as loud as the more exspensive ones. Buy more than one to keep in different places so you are ready to play at any time the mood hits.

For the price (I paid $5.99 ea.) you can't really go wrong. The price was so low, I ordered two expecting lots of defects. And it just so happened that one was defective. These instruments are made in China, not exactly the home of fine handcrafting. The working harp plays great. Music123 came through with a replacement and didn't charge me return postage! I would highly recommend this as a low-cost learning harmonica. Order several. At this price, they are darn near disposable. Great for vacations where you might lose, break, or have this thing stolen. And if TSA agents tell you if could be used as a weapon, you're not out very much.

I bought one 6 months ago and it works great so I purchased the 7pc. set and love them. I played blues and rock songs mostly and the first one i bought still plays great so I purchased 3 more and one came with a stuck reed I took it apart and fixed it and it works great. I havent been playing very long so this all comes from a rookie

I just got this in the mail a week ago and i can play songs, like the Spongebob Squarepants theme song, already! Right after i opened the box i started playing "When the Saints Go Marching In". For the price i would highly recommend this harp for either complete beginners of someone who just wants to play around.
