    how sweet it is

    By Thomas West

Comments about Hohner 1896 Marine Band Harmonica:

I have been playing only two weeks but have been able to pick up the harmonica fairly quick. So I bought the Hohner Marine Band harmonica. How sweet it is. Most of the harmonica teachers on the web tell you to buy a lower priced one to start with. I wish I had bought this first. It would have made it sooo much easier to learn. You don't have to blow or suck your brains out to get the notes you want.
Just like Hohner advertises just breath. So if you are a beginner and feel pretty sure you are going to stay with it, don't wait, get the Marine Band or Special 20. It will be so much more fun.
    This harmonica is awesome.

    Best Harp Out There

    By Steve Robinson

    from Undisclosed

Comments about Hohner 1896 Marine Band Harmonica:

This is my favorite harmonica at the moment. The wood comb offers a very warm, bluesy tone. In addition, the depth of the harmonica is slightly smaller than other harps, making it fit very snugly into your hands for a nice "wah."
