The legendary K!
Zildian's K crash cymbals are complex and sweet with tons of expressive possibilities. Dark and warm with a strong high end. The cymbal won't overpower the kit but gives the rest of your sound a smooth wash.

Amazing
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
I can't believe nobody has reviewed this great sounding cymbal in 4 years.
I got mine 6 months ago and am totally satisfied with it's suttle shimmering and the
dark explosive, percussive sound that eminates from this treasure. These "K" series
cymbals are great for that classic rock , jazzy, or driving blues sound you're after( a
little to light for metal, in my opinion). Zildjians don't dissapoint and I never had one
fail on me. I've played others and they are all very good; but for my money it's Zildjian.

Great Cymbal for all Styles of Music
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
The 17 in. K Crash can be used for a different pitch in conjunction with other higher sounding cymbal such A Zildjian Crash or A Custom Crash. K Zildjian Cymbals seem to be associated with jazz, but not anymore. This line of cymbals can create different interesting sounds in every kind of music.

Best crash money can buy
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
I got this cymbal in a 16 inch for Xmas last year, and it really is amazing. Zildjian is the choice for cymbals or "The only serious Choice", as they say, but this zildjian K beats all the other zildjian crashes. If you have the money and are looking for a really nice crash, get this K. You won't regret it!

Zildjian Rocks, K's Rock...this cymbal rocks.
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
This cymbal has an awesome tone, it isn't great if you are looking for a nice off-beat-punch, but there are cheaper, lighter cymbals for that. This is a great cymbal for leading into a nice riff, or using as a substitute for a hi-hat in some situations, I STRONGLY recommend this cymbal, for ANY type of music. You can make this cymbal work with any kind of music, just apply it to your style, and music!

AWESOME!
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
I recently used a k dark crash at my local high school's band room. It sounded great. I am now saving up to buy one of my own. If you're looking for a great crash, this is the one to get.

This is the crash
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
This crash is spectacular, a friend of mine got some Z customs for his set. My K Crash overwhelms his Z. No matter the style of music you play, this is the crash to get. About an 8 second decay. Not only is it a thriving crash cymbal, but the ride bell is wonderful. Actually, it sounds better at times than my ride bell. This is the cymbal to get, if you are an intermediate-pro player. This cymbal is not ideal for a concert or a long series of live play with your band, if you like to continuously crash a lot. Mine has taken quite a beating and there isn't a single scratch. If you're looking for an outstanding dark warm cymbal, this is the one to get. I highly recommend you get the 17" dark thin. It sounds the best out of the available sizes in my opinion. But if you're looking for some tour cymbals, get a few Zs to bang on, along with this. This is one of the best crashes I've played with.

Awesome cymbal
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
This cymbal is great. Sounds awesome with my 16 inch A custom. This cymbal is very trashy and isn't real loud and overpowering, blending with the music. When I strike this cymbal with my A custom thin crash, putting together a trashy cymbal, the k, and an A custom Zildjian to create "ultratrash" loud, nasty, good for heavy metal or accented crashes in your music.

Cool Crash
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
I recently purchased a 15" K Crash Thin. This is a good little crash and matches well with K/Z hats. I actually like this crash better than an 18" thin crash K. It has much more "give" and sounds great if you don't need tons of volume.

19" k dark crash thin
Comments about Zildjian K Dark Thin Crash Cymbal:
My k dark crash sounds so warm and musical. Perfect for the music I play. It really projects and I also like to ride it. The cymbal sounds sweet with a 17" A thin crash.
