Art Blakey, Elvin Jones, Tony Williams, and scores more musical movers have sworn by the deep, dry, shimmering sound of Zildjian's K Cymbals developed in 19th century Turkey.

The Custom Fast Crash Cymbal features a new bell design that results in a faster decay and quicker response than regular K Custom crashes. Brilliant finish.

Comments about Zildjian K Custom Fast Crash Cymbal:

If you are looking for the utopia of crash cymbals, this is the one. I read a ton of reviews before picking the crash set I wanted to go with on my new kit. I bought the 17" K custom fast crash, a 18" K custom session crash and an 18" custom crash. All have very different pitch/tone and decay but my LORD I cannot tell you how awesome the 17" custom fast sounds.. even in comparison to the custom session Steve Gadd... I personally think it is much more brilliant, dark and perfectly toned almost to the point of being unbelievable. Recording, live, you name it. THIS is the end all of crash cymbals. For the price on M123 it absolutely wins hands down, and no I do not work for the company :)) 1 out of 10? I give it a 15, seriously. The K custom session is a great cymbal too, just much more pronounced than I had hoped. In comparison, the K custom fast crash had that "unattainable" sound and the brilliant finish is awesome.
