Nothin beats a Zildjian!
Comments about Zildjian A Series Crash Ride Cymbal:
Upgraded my old cymbals with this and others (16" crash) and this is really sweet. Looks as good as it sounds! I am 100% Zilldjian man from high-hats to spash to this crash ride.

Avedis Zildjian Cymbals
Comments about Zildjian A Series Crash Ride Cymbal:
18 inch cymbals are excellent. On my old Tama set/ I had 7 cymbals (that's) including the hi-hatsI've always used a 16 inch(medium-thin) for the crash and the 18inch or 20 inch for a ride.I do agree that the 18 inch can very well be used for a crash------produces a dark tone and resonates longer.

This cymbal is smarter than me
Comments about Zildjian A Series Crash Ride Cymbal:
This cymbal does a lot for just one cymbal. I play in a rock band - heavy and light rock. I have the 18" crash/ride. I use it mainly as a crash and it just sounds more full than any other cymbal I've ever played. Used as a ride it does a great job. I love the bell sound too. Depending on how you play it, you can get the sound of about 3 different cymbals in one. So I got rid of some of the cymbals cluttering up my kit and this one does their job. get it!
