Please wait! Dont make the same mistake i made. This cymbal works well in many situations. It records beautifully. It just does not have as much of a presence as it would if it were a better cymbal of the same price. I own the 16" it gets lost in rock situations. I find myself having to make a conscience effort to kick the bassdrum loud to compensate for the cymbals lack of body. I have had the cymbal for 9 years now it's extremely durable But to be honest I wish I hadn't listened to the reviews of many people who hadn't used the cymbals in [various-situations]. I never use it to end a song on as it sounds too pretty as though the song was 'Mary had a little lamb' GET A BIGGER MORE VERSATILE CYMBAL THAT GOES BANG!!!

Sweet...

Comments about Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash:

This cymbal has a sweet versatil sound, wich can be very different depending on the way you hit it, hard players will get a nice and very bright crash sound, and soft players will love the nice accent this cymbal offers, not recomended at all for metal, not even the biggest one because its decays is realy short and the cymbal is very thin, you might brake it in 2 months. If you are a jazz player or a soft rock player this is your cymbal, even the 14" is amazing, and will make your others cymbals sound like cr@p. Worth the price.

My FAVORITE

Comments about Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash:

I recently bought the 16" version of this cymbal. It is by far the best sounding cymbal I have ever heard. It just has the perfect crash sound. It's not too loud and not too overly bright, just perfect. This is the Best cymbal ever, get this!

amazing huge rangeof volume

By Hugh123123

Comments about Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash:

This cymbal is the best cymbal ive ever played on. I own the 16" fast crash, and i have played the 18 and 17 inch. The cymbal sounds amazing when tapped really gently, because of its thinness. It can also go very loud, but my ear plugs tend to block out a lot of the cymbal, but to anyone listening it is loud enough.Cymbal is very good for rock and jazz, it is has the biggest range of sounds than any other cymbal with an amazing "Crash" (Shhh) sound, unlike many other cymbals that sound like a ride being hit hard. Get it. the A custom fast crashes blend in with eachother prefectly

Excellent!

By Andy-8b_up

Comments about Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash:

I bought the 16" fast crash and agree with most of the reviews here that it's a great cymbal; however, I think people should know that the A Custom Fast Crashes are more like the A Paper Thins, while the standard A Custom Crashes would be closer to the A Thin Crashes.

great crash cymbal!

By Kyle-k2whu

from Silver City, NM USA

Comments about Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash:

I just got my 16" fast crash the other day and it is amazing. It sounds awesome and has a quick decay. I wouldn't use it as a primary crash though because it is thin and with enough beatings could probably break. This is the best crash I have ever played on and it adds a whole new dimension to my drum kit. It makes your music like 15% more enjoyable just because it sounds so good.

amazing beautiful cymbal

Comments about Zildjian A Custom Fast Crash:

I bought this cymbal about a month ago. I got the 17" one and it sound amazing. It doesn't matter how hard or soft you play it, it sounds amazing. It's a pretty airy cymbal with awesome undertones. It will definitely fit in with anything else you have. This is the best bang for your buck for sure.
