I've been using the evolution sticks for quite some time, after using the Weckl signature sticks for years. I like them, they are very clean and articulate, especially on the cymbals. The beaded head allows for an even sound regardless of a sensible angle of your stroke. The shorter shaft means you have to reach a little further if you aren't setting up your kit differently. Along with that, I feel like I am using much more wrist when I play with the Evos over the Signature sticks.

These are my favorite sticks. Also the best sticks I've ever used. These sticks are light, durable, and beautiful. They feel great and move easily. They are great for funk, rock, or jazz. They hold up through hard preformances. And they are a compliment magnet!

These are the 2nd best sticks I've ever used even though there skinny the hold up like a rock and I play mostly jazz. I grabbed these sticks by accident on my way to a rock gig and I was kinda upset cause I thought they would break but they didn't break or crack at all and I drum hard. These sticks dented and thats it.

As reliable as any wood tip model. These sticks have a great balance and feel. They take a little getting used to if you're used to playing back on the stick. Great for all around playing. A little too beefy for really light, small group playing.
