I got these Remo rings for my drums and WOW, what a big difference there is. I haven't had a problem with them falling off as some folks have said they did. I think whatever means a person uses to achieve the sound they're after is the right one for them. These are cheap and they work GREAT! They take the ring out and give the drum a deeper tone, period. Worth twice as much as they cost.

These are a handy little devices that really come in handy. I have them on all of my toms and both of my snares. They really take the ring out of it (which is good)...but sometimes I take them off to play breakbeat type of music. I give them a 5 out of 5 because they really do there job. If they don't work out, you can use them as extra Frisbees...Note: **drum rings may not actually fly...** lolhave fun

What a wonderful item!! Now I've got the sound that a 1000$ drum has, with my little 400$ drumset. I'm not joking.These items are the perfect gift to any drummer. It's just around 5$ and after you will think that you saved 500$.(sorry if there is any grammar mistakes, my maternal language is french... :-)

These little muffling o-rings are great! They are very easy to use (you don't need to remove the heads, use tape, etc.) and really dampen over-tones nicely. I have tried everything over the years from duct tape to the remo muffles, and these are the best so far. They will make your drums instantly sound better. I would highly recommend them.

These rings are perfect for greatly reducing the overtone from toms. They deepened the sound of my toms and got rid of the annoying ring from my snare. Great buy. Worth the money.

These things are awesome. About a week after putting up with the drums overtones, I got these for them and they do a great job. I would recommend them to any drummer. If your drums ring, then I would recommend these Remo rings.

The o rings work pretty good for unwanted overtones and lowering some of your high sounds. You get a lower damp rock sound if thats what you want. The only problem I found was that when I'm battering on my toms hard enough the o-ring bounced around and occasionally fell off. So I put tape on them.
