Adhesive is amazingly sticky. I was lining the pad up, marked where I wanted it, and it still didn't end up in the right place. This REMO pad adds amazing focus to the bass drum. Even though it's not in the perfect location, it's still doing it's job in protecting the head.

I use this patch on my Roland KD-120 mesh head along with a Tama felt beater. It sticks and protects very well.

Since day one I have always used REMO Ebony Pinstripe heads on my drum kits and this is just another great addition. Even though its made of Kevlar I still get that great "Click" sound from my kick drum.

If you're like me, you constantly break/ damage bass drum heads from heavy hitting or crazy double bass patterns, and pay for new ones over and over. These bullet proff kevlar impact pads are just what you need. Just peel off the paper back and slap it on to you head. It adds focus to you bass drums, but just slightly. Just make sure that you put them on right the first time because they're very hard to take off. Well worth the money. Save from breaking heads!!!
