When i first got it, i was just looking for a china cymbal, and i would take anything that i would get, i thought i liked it but it just was'nt my sound. it is a great beginner cymbal, but its nothing compared to the Wuhan china i have now.

sounds just like the sig series,, i own the 16 inch sig thin china and you cannot tell a difference,,,, save the 2oo bucks plus buy the pst 5!!!! it rocks very loud..

When I first ordered this cymbal I have to admit I had my reservations due to it being so cheap, but when I received it I was instantly taken by the beautiful shiny finish and sturdy feeling. After playing this for awhile I thought to myself "Did they send my a signature with the PST 5 logo on it" It was that good, beautiful crisp and bright swish sound and amazing sustain, I have the 18" and I have fallen in love with Paiste. These guys know their cymbal. Don't think twice get this thing. You won't be disappointed. :D
