The revolutionary sound of Giant Beat cymbals, back for today's music!

The second you hit this crash you will fall in love with it. If your looking for that classic sound, add this to your kit. This is the kind of cymbal that adds personality to your drumming. Not your ordinary cymbal, buy it if you crave a great rock cymbal for all uses. You will know what I mean the first time you strike it!

Best Crash/Ride On The Market

By Nelson

from Sacramento, California

Comments about Paiste Giant Beat 18" Crash:

I purchased this cymbal because i was seeking the classic Bonzo sound. I didn't even try it out before ordering it off the internet. This cymbal exceeded my expectations in every single way as soon as i took out of the box and started playing it. I really like the darker color of the Giant Beat series as opposed to most other cymbal sets. This cymbal sounds wonderful as a ride and excellent as a crash. I have never heard any other crash/ride cymbal that can compare to this cymbal (except for the 24" Giant Beat). This is a reissue of the same cymbals John Bonham used from the first Zeppelin Album to the fourth. I personally like the Giant Beats better than the 2002. I really like how the Giant Beat series is simple. 18" 20" 24" and option of 14" or 15" Hi-Hat. I have the whole set and can't find a single thing to complain about the Giant Beat Series. These cymbals are really the best crash/rides on the market.

Buy This Cymbal NOW!

By Jesse-O4wVP

Comments about Paiste Giant Beat 18" Crash:

I originally bought this cymbal to see if I would like it; I like John Bonham so I thought I'd try the cymbals he used. Wow, what a cymbal. I've never played a cymbal that has such a range, almost like a mini-gong. It's bright and sparkling immediately then it rounds off to a darker, sizzly finish. By the way, the Giant Beats look brown in the picture, but they're more of an antiqued brass look. Very beautiful. Anyway, this cymbal is the be all end all of Paiste cymbals (regardless of the signature series) and yes I have played every cymbal Paiste currently makes (except Traditionals). If you care, I have it matched w/ Paiste Dimensions Med. Thin Full Crash (now 2002 Full Crash), 2002 Classic Crash, Soundedge Hi-hats and Dimensions Medium Ride. Get this cymbal, you won't be disappointed.
