Doesn't fit all bongos.

Comments about LP M245 Matador Strap-Lock Bongo Stand:

I have a set of LP Accents and this stand does not fit them. I became extremely frustrated in the process of trying to make it fit. They do, however, seem fine enough if you don't own LP Accents.

Completely Amazing!!

Comments about LP M245 Matador Strap-Lock Bongo Stand:

I think that this marimba is a truly amazing instrument! Finally owning a marimba with rosewood keys is a dream come true. The rosewood gives a more mellow, deeper tone. This model, as well as being physically beautiful, has the most amazing and breath-taking beautiful tone, one that is a welcomed compliment to any home or studio. This marimba is also quite easy to assemble, so easy that I can put the entire thing together by myself and I'm not that big of a person. This model also disassembles into 17 pieces that fit into the back of my car (trunk and back seat). The only drawbacks I've come across are the ability for the sound to overpower a small room or a room with a low ceiling, a problem that can be solved by (extra) soft mallets, and the fact that the height is not adjustable in this particular model. But overall, I believe this Musser model is great for a more experienced player who is looking for a real professional quality instrument.
