Numero Uno!

Comments about LP255-BZ Tito Puente 12" and 13" Bronze Timbales:

This is the last set of Timbales you will ever buy. I use these often and play hard and loud. The shells "Cascara" sound will cut through anything. When tuned well, these Timbales can't be beat. Do not be wary of the price, they are an investment, not a purchase.

THE BEST

Comments about LP255-BZ Tito Puente 12" and 13" Bronze Timbales:

I am a schooled jazz, fusion drummer. I own two sets of these bronze 14 and 15 inch LP timbales which when hired for percussion work use together. When playing a standard kit I always have a pair of them mounted over my floor toms. They truly have that rich, traditional timbale sound. I replaced the heads with Remo fibreskin heads and the crack of a rim shot with their amazing tone still thrills me. They are heavy and well made. In this business of music, one is always making changes in their equipment, but these are never changed. They will never be traded or sold. They are more expensive but as any seasoned musician will tell you, you get what you pay for. Buy them and you will love them!
