Hornets

An exciting drumstick set to redefine the industry.

Award-winning product designer Robert Wilhelm has teamed up with Kingfield Wood Products, former manufacturer of Vic Firth drumsticks, to create a very natural-feeling, ergonomic drumstick that feels and looks like no other sticks on the market.

Hornets drumsticks offer an ergonomic, contoured handle and proprietary rubber o-rings designed to relieve forearm pressure and reduce shock to the wrist. Made from first quality American hickory and hard rock maple, HORNETS drumsticks fit comfortably in the hand to function as a natural extension of the drummer's arm.

Features
  • Contoured handle helps reduce forearm tension
  • O-rings help reduce vibration
  • O-rings work on cymbals as a mallet
  • Improved grip for reduced slippage
  • Pitch-paired

Once you're stung by Hornets you won't want to play anything else! Order today.

Comments about Hornets Drumsticks:

This is a GREAT product. I have 40 years of professional experience, and bought these on a whim. I have a bit of carpal tunnel syndrome, and these are the cure. There is no numbness when playing. The back weighting adds to the super-fast response of these sticks. I have a pair of 5A's and the tonal quality is very bright. They are brighter than a pair of nylon tipped sticks. I have left my mallets in my bag since getting these, because the cymbal rolls are equal, in quality, to a pair of yellow yarn mallets. I have been playing with this pair for almost 2 years, 2 to 3 hours a day, with only a few dents from misplaced cymbal crashes. I'll be ordering more, because I would hate to play without these sticks

Wood is too flexible/bouncy

Comments about Hornets Drumsticks:

The stick itself seems to have more give than a standard stick. Aside from that, cool design, allows comfortable hand placement.

best stick i ever used.

Comments about Hornets Drumsticks:

These are the greatest sticks ever made, or at least in my opinion they are. They lasted an amazingly long time even with my insane pounding. But I'm not writing the review to talk about their durability I want to talk about their comfort. These sticks seem to fit your hand perfectly. and due to their shape they stay in your hand in pretty much any scenario. The butt of the stick also creates a good sound for accents. My first pair lasted 3 months I plan on ordering a few more soon, I tried going back to normal sticks and they just don't feel right compared to these, they absorb the shock so well my hands actually hurt after using regular sticks again, so if your looking for some good looking sticks and durability and comfort, why would you go anywhere else. I think every drummer should have a pair of these in their stick bag they are truly amazing.

The champagne of drum sticks...

By Bill Burkheimer

from Seattle, WA

Comments about Hornets Drumsticks:

I've been seriously playing drums for many years. I've bought hundreds of sticks of every brand out there. I tried these Hornets out of curiousity because of their unique design. After one long session I knew I would never go back to an ordinary stick again. They have added new dimensions to my playing...best sounding cross stick...great mallet feature with the O ringed butt...fastest sticks I've ever used...no wrist fatigue or pain...tremedous duribility...made from very high quality materials. These are the most revolutionary sticks to hit the market EVER! Totally worth the price.
