Wooden tambourine with non-tunable organic skin head for the budget-conscious classroom. The skin head allows percussive taps and thumb rolls; single-row jingles ring clear with bright tone. Very lightweight. Excellent for children, beginners, and school applications. Three sizes: 6" with 4 pairs of jingles, 8" with 5 pairs of jingles, and 10" with 6 pairs of jingles.

Comments about Cannon Percussion Single-Row Tambourine:

It has a pretty good sound. It might have been better to go with a slightly larger one (I purchased the 6 inch size).

Excellent for price and durability

By Stephanie-7y1v5

Comments about Cannon Percussion Single-Row Tambourine:

These tambourines are excellent in sound and durability. I work with children for dance and we use them with our dances. They are dropped by accident and used often. And still everything is in one piece! The sound is amazing and so is the price! Shipping was also very fast! Thank you!

Comments about Cannon Percussion Single-Row Tambourine:

this tambourine arrived, the wood already unwindiing...it is inexpensive, but pretty much worth what was charged. i re-glued it and it should work for a short while. we will have to keep our eyes out to make sure it doesn't come apart again and hurt our little grandson i will think 2x before ordering again from this company.

small instrument, big sound

By Janet

from Philadelphia, PA

Comments about Cannon Percussion Single-Row Tambourine:

I was pleasantly surprised by how decent this instrument sounded for being so small--plenty of jingles for just one row. I got the smallest one for small hands--ages 0-5--and was apprehensive about the sound it would make, but it's quite good despite the tiny size.
