Comments about Yamaha YBH-301M Series Marching Bb Baritone:
in 2007, my band director purchased two of these horns for our oversized baritone section. I was lucky enough to receive one of them, and I immediately began to figure out the horn. For example, the low range below a Bb is VERY sharp...almost a half step high at some notes, but this is no big problem for me since I tend to play more in the high range...also, the action on the valves was not so great; they have been sticking off and on for four years now...besides a few other intonation problems in the high range and the fact that the metal used in the horn is somewhat weak it is an amazing horn for the price
