Comments about Protec Contoured PRO PAC Bass Trombone Case:
This is really a well built case with plenty of room for most bass trombones, single or double. Be aware, though, that this case will not accommodate a Bach 50B with open wrap/wraps! It's about 4 inches too short - you will have to remove the tuning slide of the attachment and stash it in the outer pocket, or figure out another solution. The slide area also is too short for the Bach 50, you have to stretch the cushion almost to the point of tearing it.

I've now been using this case for about 3 months and I can simply say that as a bass and tenor trombonist, I need not worry about any unnecessary kinks or any other interior damage due to bad shock resistance. The case is very spacious and the shoulder strap provides for easy transportation. The zippers seem durable and should last for quite a while. Perfect for any bass trombone.

It is very nice and has lots of room. It protects very well. It is very easy to carry if you use the shoulder strap. It is pretty light.
