The 42AF series features a new patented axial flow valve with sealed ceramic top and bottom bearings that allow for smooth balanced action with low maintenance, no surface wear and superior compression. The mini-ball valve linkage allows a free, responsive movement, while the granadilla wood thumb lever offers an elegant look and comfortable feel. This trombone also features a new single draw hand slide fabrication process for a more consistent slide surface that allows a quiet performance and a smooth feel. The fixture mounted construction process allows for proper alignment and freer vibration throughout the instrument. Includes case and mouthpiece.
