Very functional, sturdy stand

Comments about Pearl Quick-Release Conga, Timbale, and Djembe Stand:

This stand weighs a ton. It is extremely sturdy. You could jack up a house with this. It will definitely last for years of tough road use though. But, besides being built like a tank it is very useful. The number of adjustment possibilities is amazing. It's extremely easy to install the percussion instrument. Once the stand is set up for the instrument once, all you have to do is slide the adapter in and move the locking handle. It only takes a couple of seconds and you are ready to go. My band is currently using it for a djembe, but the additional items you can add is great for the future. Besides being a little pricey and very heavy, it is worth it. All around a very good stand.
