Comments about Ibanez IJSB90 Electric Bass Jumpstart Pack:

Let's start at the top (literally :P). The tuners are fantastic, they keep you in tune for months, even through bends and tapping (heh, sorry, I'm a guitar player at heart), the neck is fantastic, but mine had a couple of uneven frets. Nothing major, just a little annoyance. The pickup is decent. The placement is a little off. It's either too bassy or too trebly, I can't tell. The tone knob is ultra-sensitive, as well as the volume knob. The amp it comes with sucks. It can't get too much of one frequency or too high of volume or it gets really tinny and rumbly and gross. The instructional DVD is pretty informative, and it also has electric guitar and acoustic guitar lessons on it.
