Comments about Godin Shifter Electric Bass Guitar:

This bass has it all - great style with superb sound and feel. The neck is a little thicker than my other guitars but has a silky smooth feel that lets me glide up and down the entire neck effortlessly. Being able to change pickup settings is a dream - you can definately get that warm, low pbass or crisp jbass sound. My approach to crafting the sound I use is strait up and direct(no special pedals/effects)so the shifter is excellentl for a vast ranger of sounds without extra gaggets. The bass feels sturdy, well balanced, not too heavey and perfect for getting the rock/blues sound I'm after. For the price and what you get, you can't go wrong.
