The Rogue SC120R solves that problem by incorporating a true stereo chorus in its preamp section and then pushing the effected sound through 2 high-fidelty 12" speakers.

The tone shaping controls are extensive in the Rogue SC120R with mid frequency adjustment that can pinpoint the exact tone you're looking for.
The Rogue SC120R also has controls for dialing in reverb and distortion making it an amp that really can cover it all.
The Rogue SC120R includes an input for connecting a dual footswitch to trigger the stereo chorus or switch between channels. There's also an 1/8" stereo connection for MP3 or CD players and a headphone out for practicing without waking up the neighbors.

I got this unit on sale for next to nothing. I has a fabulous clean sound. I'm not super thrilled with the effects but the straight combo amp is amazing and effects processors are cheap. The power is more than adequate for small venues. I was a little taken back by the heft of the unit but it is still pretty easy to cart around if you have some sort of dolly to help you. It worked great out of the box and appears to be built to last. I gave it a 5-star rating because it is perfect for my needs. I really love this unit.

The sound is pretty good depending on the type of distortion you like. The clear is great too. You just can't turn it up past 4 on Distorted volume or its too much for the speakers to handle. Could be a great pre amp. Great for the price though.

I have been playing for over 30 years and read much about this amp. I was very impressed how well it sounded. The stereo chorus adds a nice touch. I had to fine tune it to my taste and with my me50 foot pedal it was a good match. I would recommend it. Didn't want to spend 1000's for a good gigging amp. It has plenty of power for a medium to large venue.
