Comments about Rocktron Utopia B200 Bass Floor Multi Effects Pedal:
Ok. Love the pedal. I mainly struggle with learning to play guitar. So I am not claiming to be an expert on the bass or effects. That being said - I got this pedal about a month ago. It ROCKS!! I've had a nice Washburn BB4 bass and Orange Crush amp for a year or so now and can never pull myself away from my guitars to get much practice on it. But now, just noodling around (I have no idea what I'm doing on the bass yet) actually sounds good. 128 presets! All kinds of crazy stuff! The "One of These Days" - Pink Floyd preset alone is of the hook - seriously - dude - it's dead on. Anything you want from subtle tone changes to superfly funkalicious to crushing metal distortion. This pedal has it all. And you can modify any of the presets however you choose. I'm just scratching the surface of what this thing can do. I was going to get the DigiTech rp355 or whatever but read the effects sound cheesy. So I figured I'd try Rocktron. Their rep is pretty solid. Anyway, I think it sounds great! But again, I'm just a rookie. Oh yeah, it's well constructed, nothing cheap, chincey, or flimsy about it. This thing seems extremely durable.
