Shape it to your exact tonal preferences by configuring the RM100M with YOUR choice of 3 preamps!

This highly versatile Randall RM100M 100 Watt 3-channel Guitar Amplifier Head melds tradition and technology. 3 independent channels can be loaded with your choice of any of the available tube preamp modules from Randall (modules sold separately). Set this head up with tones that exactly fit your needs, then expand your arsenal anytime you like.

Enjoy the ease of replacing your power tubes anytime you like, with the very user-friendly power tube bias section. If a tube fails, no problem, the amplifier will kick that tube out of the circuit, and a small LED will light by the tube that fails.

Connect your RM100M amp head to any MIDI-capable external processor and program individual effects to each channel. With the MIDI in/thru, simply select your channel and external effect, using the included RF3 MIDI footswitch. The footswitch will select both the RM100 channel and effect you want at the same time.

So, if you need the volume and power only a head will offer, choose one that will adapt to your styles.

All optional modules include 2 - 12AX7 preamp tubes, 3 band EQ with bright switch, and level control.

Choose from the following modules to build your own custom combination of tones:

Ultra Module

Last amp I'll EVER need!!!

By Mike-efUqB

Comments about Randall RM100M Empty 3 Module 100W Guitar Amp Head:

Absolutely beautiful sound out of this unit!! I got a Blackface for cleans because I love Fender chime and shine cleans. The Blackface produces the sweetest clean I've ever heard out of an amp!! (Nicer than my Fender!) I also got an SL+ which sounds BETTER than the Marshall itself!! The only thing I have yet to figure out, is why my Randall RG100SC combo gets more bottom end brutal grind than the Ultra module in the RM100. I'm sure it's the settings on the RM. One thing it certain; the volume on the RM100 is WAYYY better than the solid state Randalls. It doesn't get muddy at ANY volume. my other Randalls always muddied up at higher volumes in major gain settings. The RM gets better when you crank it, as tube amps do. WAYYY LOUD!! I play through a Randall CB 212 with Vintage 30s for smaller venues and at home. Also have a 412 with Seventy 80's. Either...OR... Both together sound AWSOME in a three quarter stack!! I wouldn't have any other amp! Perfect balance between $ and performance.

This is WHY the BIG NAMES play this head...

By Nicholas Cybulskis

from South Bend, In

Comments about Randall RM100M Empty 3 Module 100W Guitar Amp Head:

I bought this head about a week ago and my first interaction with the head left me disappointed. I used the Rectified (Recto or Treadplate) and was deeply confused as why I couldnt get a good crunch out of it. I then switched to the Randall-based modules and was blown away. The Ultra in particular, is perfect to achieve the sound of any modern rock band. Just by playing with mids and the convenient 'bright' switch, you can make a very classic Marshall sound or a meaner mesa. The Density and Presence controls make it easy to keep your tone under control even at high volumes. The head is also extremely powerful with the 100 watts of tube power.

Great tones and unmatched flexibility!!

Comments about Randall RM100M Empty 3 Module 100W Guitar Amp Head:

I order this head with the Blackface, Plexi, and Recto modules and I have to say I feel each one is damn near dead on. I even like the recto module tone a little better than the new Mesa I demo'ed in the store, because it's less buzzy. I mean what other amp could I expect to get a real Fender clean tone, with Marshall Plexi and Dual Rectifier?? You can't!! Since ordering the head a few months ago, I have ordered the XTC module which is on the way, and the Top boost Vox module. Can't wait.

The best multi-channel amp EVER!

By Maniaclemayhem99

from Redding, CA USA

Comments about Randall RM100M Empty 3 Module 100W Guitar Amp Head:

This amp is anything you want it to be. With interchangable pre-amp modules, all you have to do to hear a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier is plug in the module. They make modules with every possible genre in mind, and I hear they are developing even more as I type. The only thing is no built-in effects, sorry all you FX junkies!
