A more affordable Hammett half stack!
Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett helped design the signature Randall KH120RHS Half Stack. Working with Randall, Kirk's main goals were to develop a half stack that included his 3 primary signature tones, but was also affordable enough for up-and-coming shredders or high-gain guitarists on a budget. The KH120RH amp head includes dual-gain stages for classic and modern voiced high-gain tones, as well as a pristine clean channel that stays clean even with active guitar pickups. The included KH412 speaker cabinet is equipped with 4 x 12" Celestion Rocket 50 speakers for 200W capability.

Comments about Randall Kirk Hammett Signature Series KH120RHS 120W 4x12 Guitar Half Stack:
I bought this amp a few days ago because my band is playing some serious shows, and I needed something more reliable and a overall better amp. This amp is truly incredible! I was very impressed, the distortion is really good, especially when you crank it up, it gets a full, dark, heavy, saturated distortion and everything you play is still properly accentuated and clear. My only complaint about the distortion channels is that both of them sound exactly the same unless you turn down the gain, but it still sounds like a high gain channel. The clean is pretty good, the cab really helps clarify the clean and make it more distinctive. The head is easily worth the price of the stack alone, its very solid, and I think the distortions could compete with the Peavey 5150, Mesa Rectifiers, and Peavey XXX. If you want to have a great distortion and sound like you really know what you're doing, this amp is unbeatable!
