Comments about Radial Engineering Tonebone BigShot ABY Passive Switcher:

The Bigshot ABY is a quiet, easy-to-use, quality amp switcher; no batteries are required.

You can switch from amp to amp OR use two amps at once! Sometimes I like my bass to feed to the PA system, sometimes to the amp alone, so it resolves that need with a foot tap. I have also sent channel A and channel B to separate channels of the same amplifier through two different pedal boards, making the effects maze a little easier to decipher on the gig!

As a teacher, since it's a passive device, I can use it in reverse to send two guitars or basses to one amplifier input. This is handy because the amp I use during teaching sessions only has one channel. As a performer, I can choose my axe, upright bass or electric, and haul one amp to the gig. I've used it to switch between two guitars too! Although it would be difficult to play two instruments at once, the possibility remains by using the "BOTH" switch.

Use your imagination for performance or recording; the Bigshot ABY makes my musical life a little easier!
