Great Pedal

By

from NYC

Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:

This is a great wah pedal. I have many pedals and I always liked the fact that the on/off switch is on the right of the pedal as opposed to under it. It is rugged and made of metal as opposed to plastic. I just wish that it was louder. Definantly purchase this pedal.

Noisy, acts like a high cut

By

from Lake Michigan

Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:

For the price, this pedal is sufficient, but if you place it before a distortion pedal it can be very noisy. I've heard that if you put it after the preamp the problem goes away. the swing is quiet staged as well, on or off, rather than a smooth waaaahhh..... When you go for the full low swing, the bottom comes with a muted thud, I actually ended up putting some padding on the bottom so I would hit that horrible sound by accident.

VERY GOOD

Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:

Own both Crybaby and Morely. Morely has a little more of what I'm looking for to play classic rock and even today's modern rock.

Outstanding.

Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:

This pedal lets you get your own original sounds. I use a Cry Baby and this together. To my ears this pedal is superior in versatility to the Cry Baby. Works great with a Tube Screamer.

morley classic wah review

Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:

A great, low cost wah pedal for the type of music I play. Especially great for blues and shred music. I can use it to get a good Clapton blues wah tone and Steve Vai solo tone with it. It looks like its built to last well. It is easy to operate, except that the footswitch is located at the side, so you need quick feet. The wah tone is quite distinct with a nice, smooth sweep. The range is quite bassy and if you boost your treble and mids, it will sound even better.

worth every penny

Comments about Morley Classic Wah Pedal:

This is a great effect if your are looking to play stuff like poison or skid row, you can get a good lead guitar solo sound. It works well with distortion. It also has cool sound with an echo pedal with a clean channel. The only thing most people would not like about it is that you have to work with your feet more, but you'll get use to it, it doesn't bother me. It also lets you use your ideas and improve them. This is perfect for any kind of music. It is a must have for every guitarist out there.
