The Blues Jr. pushed through a 12" Jensen speaker.
The Blues Jr. NOS takes Fender's 15W gem and gives it the true vintage treatment with tweed covering and a vintage-style 12" Jensen speaker. Its power is generated by an all-tube signal path using a pair of EL84 Groove Tube output tubes and 3 - 12AX7 preamp tubes. Add renowned Fender reverb, flexible controls, and footswitchable (with optional footswitch - product #420703) FAT circuit for golden tones, and you're in business. The [perfect amp
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
First, lets get one thing straight this amp IS NOT that loud/.unless you want to crank it to 10 and have sort of hyper ear birth defect this amp is fantastic. It is perfect for apartment living. You can pish it to 4 or even 5 and NEVER bother your neighbors or get complaints to your landlord. The amp is extremely adaptable to about any kind of music but for real tube tone this little amp can't be beat, eric Johnson (who's name is on a Fender guitar) tkes one with him every where he goes. There isn't a better amp made for a Fender guitar and it's built like a tank but is beautiful to look at and uses very little room. If you want real tube tone that you can actually use without bothering anyone else than this is the amp for you. BUY IT! It's one of thye best tube amps ever made and matches up with a Fender guitar like a hand and a glove- A Perfect fit. I've had mine for 4 years and it has NEVER given me any troble-just change your tubes every year and you'll allways have a great sounding amp.

Blues Jr. Amp Fender
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
These are fine little amps!!!!!!!! Sounds perfect for all kinds of music in my opinion. I played one of these Saturday night at a little jam. The other 2 amps that were there were 2 vintage Fenders. The Blues Jr. hung right there with them, toe to toe.

Buy this amp!
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
I've waited a year to be able to afford one of these and just got it yesterday so I've only had 24 hours with it. I simply love it. Best amp I've ever had! And that includes a lot of amps. I am currently replacing a Bugerra V22 with it, which is a nice amp but it can't compare to the Fender. The clean sound is amazing, the volume for only 15W is more than enough for me (nursing homes, family gatherings and such), and the reverb is fantastic. But the real kicker is that it's only 30 lbs!, which is a big deal to us older guys. I haven't even tried gain/distortion yet, but I'm never going to wonder about needing another amp again.

I have the blues no more...
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
now that I finally own a Blues Jr. tweed amp! I love this thing and I am learning more about it on the Blues Jr. web site. I play the harp and this has been a great experience this past few weeks creating the sound that harp players all over the world try to obtain. My teen daughter plays the Fender tele's with this amp as well. So naturally we fight over who uses the tweed and who uses the Vox solid state!

Fender Blues Jr.
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
This is a tremendous product. What can you say about that classic Fender sound. But this amp may not be for everybody. This amp is loud, very loud. If you need a practice amp that you can turn down and play in the house, this amp may not be for you. When turning up the pre amp to get the distortion I wanted from the amp, I was unable to get the master volume low enough to get the sound I wanted. I wanted the amp to sound loud without being loud. I could never find that right balance. I have found that balance with the Vox Valvetronix 30. I can make it sound like a stack of Marshalls without disturbing the wife in the next room.

Great Sounding Amp
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
I have had this amp for almost a year now and am still loving how well it sounds. I generally play blues & rock through it which I think it was designed for. It is a very clean amp when played at lower volumes. I play thru a Tube Screamer and a few Boss effects. Both my Fender Strat and Takamine acoustic sound good with this BJ NOS. The only things I wish it had are Line Out and Headphone jacks. Other than that, I highly recommend this amp.

Bad Little Dude!!
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
If you want the the true "Fender" tone in a light weight but "Big Sounding" amp, buy this. Both guitars in my band play through Jr.s and only in large clubs do we actually mic them. I have a cyber twin, a Mesa and a crate blue voodoo, but this little dude just kicks a** and is much more portable. Did I mention Tone? Shape it how you want it. Clean or overdriven, great amp!

CROWN JEWEL OF TONE
Comments about Fender Hot Rod Series Blues Junior NOS 15W 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp:
I was desperately searching for a great sounding tube amp that could deliver monster tone without drowning out the vocal monitors in local clubs. This is as good as it gets. Great vintage looks and sound in a package my Great Grandma could carry. I haven't plugged my half stack in since acquiring this sonic gem. You rarely see these for sale used because once you get one you will not turn it loose.
