Comments about Fender Champion 40 Guitar Combo Amp:
The reason this little guy does not get five stars is that I have had a Champion 100 for the past year and my expectations were set a bit higher than this little guy can reach, FX and voices have been diminished in scope, and changing color LEDS are your indicator for both effects, a good little modeller that is best left in the bedroom or taken on jams ( or very small non combo venues ) where it will meet your needs with the diminished capacities in the FX and Voices. A great little powerhouse that delivers a big sound when coupled with pedals and boxes to get your vibe over the hill into the valley of your groove, it does have the power and "speaker" to get you there without breaking your back - or your wallet. Lacks a footswitch even though it has a place to plug it in, it is not included - beware there are no - PWR OUT and PRE IN - jacks, so you will have to pedal up accordingly.
