A great amp!

By

from Eastern Shore, South Alabama

Comments about Crate TX15 Taxi Battery-Powered Combo Amp:

We use the TX15 and or the TX30 for harp & classical guitar weddings on the beach. One great feature is that you can run both instruments thru one amp if you like (the harp has a pick-up) and the sound really carries well on the beach. We also use the TX amps for other events either inside or out of doors. The great thing about being battery-powered is that even indoors you aren't tied to setting up near an outlet.

This is one sweet amp

By

from Napa, Ca

Comments about Crate TX15 Taxi Battery-Powered Combo Amp:

Initially I had a glitch with the Fed express guys. Seems somebody decided to only send an empty box to me. Music 123 promptly fixed that problem and now I am one happy lady. The amp is great and I do mean great. I am going to the university and play my Lennon style ax with sound that rivals a small stack. And I have to take the unit way out to the edge of the campus it gets that cool. So I have ordered a second one so I can place my 606 guitar pedal in the middle of two spread out units. And since it has two inputs, can place a foot switch for a second third and even forth pedal to vary the sound. each channel has its own vol control. Now that is just way cool. And the neat thing is, I pack it all up on a little suitcase roller thing and away I go to my classes. It's that small. But does it crank. And the variance of the four eg pots is very broad and so fine. WHAT A DEAL. Now all I need are some others on campus to check me out and maybe we can pull some strings together. Teah dude, come play this guitar lady.

I love this little amp!

By

from Port McNeill, Canada

Comments about Crate TX15 Taxi Battery-Powered Combo Amp:

I have a huge bass system but this little Crate amp is perfect for when I want to travel quickly and do not need 600 watts of power. Having an amp that will run on battery power is the best! It charges on 12 amps in the truck. Cool!
