Avoid this cab at all costs
I own this cab. It now makes a great paperweight. I used it a total of 6 times in low volume clubs and the so-called Bugera aluminum speakers blew at a setting of 2. I used it with the "recommend" Behrenger amplifier head. The manufacturer said, "gee that's too bad but since it's been over a year, there's no warrant." Of course, they're willing for me to ship it back for repair which, when you total all costs, exceeds the cost of the original cabinet. The vender that sold it was not any more helpful. They simply said, "sorry bub." Read the reviews on other sites as well as this one and you'll get the drift. I'd rather have a poke in the eye with a sharp stick than have to use one of these again.

Warm, Tight Sound
I purchased this cab to have a tight sound for playing in small bars. I use it with the Behringer 300 Watts head. What a sound! The cab sounds warm and very reactive, just what I was looking for. Also, for the price, you can't go wrong.

Awesome value for money
Have used this cab combined with a single 15 cab for the last 2 months/10 gigs and I am very impressed. Yes, the horn is hissy. You notice this especially when you are practicing at low volume at home. However, in a gig situation the hiss seems to just blend in with the general hum and soft hiss of the PA, so it's not a problem. Having the horn switched on makes a huge difference to your sound. Combined with my Ibanez active bass, I'm able to obtain a clean floor rumbling sound that is super punchy. The cabinet is solid, and I love the integrated casters which make it easy to move around. All up I am very impressed with the cab. For me it works best as an extension to my 15. So if I need to go and practice with the boys, I'll tend to take the 15 by itself.

not bad
Had to turn off the tweeter due to a hissing noise. I use this at home mostly and at a lower volume, so it works well for me. I use it along with the 15" during gigs and it sounds great. I play a 5 string and the low B comes through ok. Don't really have a complaint except the tweeter problem, but I've heard all of em do this for some reason.
