Nice big sound
Comments about Ampeg SVT-15E Bass Speaker Cabinet:
I just got one of these, and I love it. It just sounds so huge and robust, it's absolutely great. Some say that 15" speakers make the sound muddy or don't bring out the highs, but I have yet to notice any such problem. Five out of five.

Nice full sound, but surprisingly crisp.
Comments about Ampeg SVT-15E Bass Speaker Cabinet:
I ended up buying the SVT-15E after trying the SWR Son of Bertha cab. I was looking for a nice full, "bassy" sounding 1x15 to add to my SWR Goliath II 4x10. The SVT-15E is definitely fuller and deeper sounding, but it is still a bit crisp for me. I guess I was going for a little more spongey sound. Less tight than the 4x10. Overall, I really like the sound, and it complements the 4x10 nicely, but I'm still surprised at the lack of deep, bassy sound. Maybe I've been expecting too much from a 1x15, but it just surprises me that my 4x10 has a much deeper sound, with way more low end.
