I think Weber is making the best speakers on the market for a very fair price. They have a good variety and their customer support is exceptional. This is my fourth speaker from Weber and I'm always happy with the tones they produce. I put this in a extension cabinet I built and I use it with 3 different amps I have. 2 Fenders and an Ampeg. My Fender Vibrochamp XD has a Weber 10F150 upgrade and the sound of it with this 12" Alnico is tremendous in the variety of sounds I get. I love the sweet but sassy tones, and when you want it to crunch, it'll do that too. Turn up the gain and dig into it. This isn't the speaker if your into Metal or the high distortion genre! Everything else is on the menu from country clean, classic rock, jazz and blues etc.....I've had folks ask me what speaker I'm using at gigs and when I tell them what I paid for this gem, they get sick because it sounds better than the 200.00-300.00 boutique job they spent their cash on! IMHO the best and lowest cost upgrades you can do to any amp is new tubes and a new speaker/s. Weber Rules!!! Try one of these with some Tungsol's or JJ's and see what I mean!

I Used this speaker to replace a warfedale speaker in my AC15CC, It improved the sound and playability more than anything else I could have done. It sounds much more tube like with this type on speaker. I would highly recommend this speaker. I put a weber blue pup in my ACTV4, defiantly a nice improvement but I actually like this speaker better. the pup is only 10 inches.
