To my knowledge, this is only simple clip-on music stand that's widely available for sale online. If you'd like to keep a few sheets of lyrics, chords, tabs, or what-have-you at an easy reading distance during a performance - especially in cramped spaces where you'd rather not set up another floor stand - this adjustable stand will clip right on to your microphone stand. Keep in mind that it's very light, and as such will not hold much more than two or three sheets of paper at a time before the plastic joint starts to droop. Also, be gentle when storing it, so that the joint won't pop out (with some effort it can be popped back in) or break.

I bought a couple of these little music stands for our group that sings at the local nursing home. They're very light. In the photos I figured they would be too delicate, which they are kinda, but they still serve the purpose.
Put the sheet right there where you need it. Especially good for one member of the group who has some vision problems.

Ok, it's plastic, it's inexpensive, it will hold one sheet about where you want it. It's weak. Will I end up using it? Probably not much.
