The T-Rex Fuel Tank Jr. is a heck of a clean power supply unit in a perfect small size for mounting on, under, or on the side of your pedal board. It doesn't come with a lot of bells and whistles, but it does it's job well and is built to last. It comes with all the single cables in two different lengths, a daisy chain, and a serial 18V cable which is a huge plus for people who use older DOD, Boss, Ibanez pedals and some modern OD/Boost pedals. I power 7-8 pedals with mine including one 18V boost, two overdrives, two fuzz boxes, two delays, a chorus, and a compressor. It is a completely quiet isolated power source, and the heavy duty protected three prong plug is a smart improvement over the wall warts that many other power supplies use. The only complaint I have about the Fuel Tank Junior is that it doesn't offer 12V outlet so that I can power my tube driven pedals. But that's knit-picking for what it does offer at the price. I keep my Fuel Tank Junior strapped to my pedal board full time. It's been there over a year, and I haven't had a problem with it at all. I doubt I'll ever be needing T-Rex's two year warranty though it's nice to know they offer support. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a low profile power supply for 9V/18V effect pedals. It's built better than a brick and feeds your pedals only clean, isolated, quiet, and reliable fuel so that you won't have to worry about having a backup.

This is a great option to the much more expensive Voodoo Labs PP2+ or some other bricks. Installation is not at all a hassle. Easily attaches with Velcro to a Pedaltrain, either on top or to save space it fits nicely Velcro'ed (I used 3M Dual Lock) underneath the unit. Plenty of outputs (5) to power your pedals. Comes with many, many different size cables so you'll definitely find the length you want. You can also daisy-chain (cable included) several pedals to one single output as long as the combined draw is not over 150mA (check the specs of your pedals for power draw expressed as mA) which will save you some output space. They also include one Y cable for powering a 18v pedal (attaches to 2 of the outputs.) The daisy chain method worked great powering older Boss pedals which require the older Boss ACA power converters. To get it to work what you need to do is also power at least one non-ACA pedal in the chain as well. If you're powering just 6 to 8 or so 9v pedals and one 18v pedal this just might be the most cost-effective option for you. Spend the money you'll save buying an additional pedal!
