I had my doubts about a guitar tuner that would tuner the guitar for me. I thought tuning was something I was supposed to do myself. This thing tunes better than I ever could with my ear or with any other tuner that I have ever owned. Having a guitar that is in perfect tune makes playing so much more fun. Best money I ever spent.

This is the best tuner that I have ever used. It's hard to believe that there is a tuner that will tune the guitar for you. I guess the problem with tuning my guitar in the past was ME. This little robotic device tunes my guitar perfectly. I recommend it to anyone pro or beginner.

While this works okay, I find it not to be something I need and not really worth the money. The way this works it you place it on the tuning peg of the string you want to tune and then pick it. The tuner scans and picks the string your are tuning to, spins the tuner itself and stops when it is tuned. Occasionaly it will pick the wrong note to tune to and will start spinning fast, getting that string way out of where it should be. Sometimes it searches back and forth for a several seconds before it recognizes what string you are shooting for. I find that I can tune much faster using the tuner built into my amp.
