The acoustic guitar model must be a proper fit for the SKB-18RW case. SKB repair claims will be processed after initial airline damage reports have been filed and a qualified guitar repair technician submits a written repair estimate. Repair claims will be issued only to original case owner.

I've been using this case for over 2 years of gigs and it has protected my cherished Taylor acoustic very well. Though it is huge, the wheels make remarkably easy to handle around airports and such. I'm ordering another one now.

I purchased one of these cases to take a Martin D-15 acoustic to Aruba for a job assignment. The guitar came through without a scratch and it wasn't even out of tune. The wheels and the shaft came off sometime during the baggage handling process. It did protect the guitar well though. The case is still useable, but I would like to replace the wheels and shaft if that is possible.
