For the price, this is a great strap. It is very soft and doesn't have a firm center layer; in that sense, it is more like a cloth strap and less like a sturdy leather belt. I guess this could be a pro or con depending on what you are looking for. It fits very tightly to the guitar so no concerns about this coming off.
Great detail in the stitching.

IT's really hard to say anything negative about this strap considering the price I paid. They were on sale for under $5...At that price , impossible to beat! So just for an FYI..it's 2.5" wide, soft leather, bonded not solid and it's soft. I would be concerned that the holes in the straps that receive the strap pegs might relax/weaken and possibly allow the pegs to slip out. They are a tight fit now and the only reason I mention it is that the leather is very soft. With strap locks...no problem. These are simply the best deal out there for a decent leather strap. At the msrp...a joke, on sale, worth every penny and quite a few more. I bought Three!

I bought 4 of these straps, one for each of my guitars and one for a good friend of mine. These straps are very comfortable to use,they are a softer leather so they don't dig into my shoulder as some have. The embossing is very nice. You can't go wrong with these straps. I would recomend this strap to anyone

If you are much over 6 feet tall, or like to sling your guitar low and look all "rock and roll" this is not for you. Otherwise, really nice.

I bought 7 of these for most all my guitars and they work great for everything from my jazz box to my strats and teles and even my Les Paul. I prefer my guitar a little higher with the upper bout around the level of my ribcage, but at the lowest it is too low (the middle of the back is below the belt bukle). I am 6'1" and 250lb, so the strap should fit most average sized guys well. If you need anything longer you are either taller than average or you like your guitar across your thighs.
About the only gripe I have is the color, but that will be fixed with some leather dye.
