I hate these gig bags!
Comments about Road Runner Roadster Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag:
I jam with some friends and have to schlep a steel string and nylon acoustic cutaway as well as a briefcase with music through 4 closely spaced doors and up a narrow flight of stairs to get to the loft where we practice. It became a real challenge with hard shell cases. I do not expect a soft gig bag to give me serious protection for heavy travel. So the Roadrunners are fine for light travel in a car. But I have to ask the question as to the intelligence of the designer regarding the pockets. The small ones are fine for metronomes, capos, strings, etc. The large ones are useless for anything but a few sheets of paper, preferably folded. You cannot get a music book in there, even a thin one. How big a deal would it be to add a touch more material so that the pockets would become useful? Stupid, stupid!!!

Great Gig Bags
Comments about Road Runner Roadster Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag:
I love Road Runner Gig Bags, I own 6 of them! The padding is more than adequate, I love all the different accessory pockets, and the handles, and back pack straps make them very easy to haul around to gigs, and or practice sessions. They're light weight, yet very durable, I can "throw" one in my rig, and not have to worry about damage from being "bounced" around a bit. Now, if I were flying, that would be a different story, it would be hardshell, or flight case all the way, as we all now how the airlines treat instruments! But, as long as you use good judgement, your instrument should be fine under normal use. Now if only Road Runner would start making gig bags for Ukuleles! (are you listening Road Runner?)
