Folding music desk made with heavy-duty plastic and piano hinges. Base is nylon tension fitting with positive leg-lock feature. The height of the stand can be easily adjusted by the signature Peak Quick Clamp Lever, two-part stems. The tripod is made with high grade tubular steel. The tripod and the music desk are collapsible and fit into its own carrying bag.

I bought two stands through amazon.com for my kids during Christmas time. One of them came damaged. When I filed the damage report through Amazon.com, they replay within 48 hours and stated the replacement is on the way. They didn't request me to send damage one back as all the other online purchase I did before. I am very happy with the customer service. The products are in great quality and affordable price.

Until I purchased this stand, I had to choose between a lightweight stand and a heavy stand with a solid traditional table. My lightweight stand was easy to transport but was easily knocked over and did not hold many pieces of music without becoming even more unstable. My heavy Belmonte stand has a folding base, but the full size table makes it bulky and awkward to transport. This PEAK stand provides the best of both worlds. It is lightweight, the table folds, and it all fits into a handy zippered case with a shoulder strap. Yet it is amazingly stable and holds many music books at one time. I have had many compliments on this stand by envious musicians. Now I can carry all of my gear into a gig in one trip!

Just got this stand. What a cool, solid, convenient device this is! It's well built -- more sturdy than it appears in the photo. Holds my big fake book up no problem. Folds up well and it's nice to have a case to store and carry it. Good price. I recommend this stand highly.

This stand is well-designed and functions well. It has a relatively deep shelf, sets up and collapses easily, and is sturdy. I've gigged with it, and find it reliable and functional. The lever-type locking mechanisms which control height avoid the risk of breaking from over-tightening that can affect plastic screw-type adjusters. It works as well as a conventional heavy-duty orchestral music stand, but is lighter and collapses for storage. The plastic construction is perfectly adequate, if not subjected to careless abuse. The included bag is handy, but lacks a shoulder strap.

I LOVE this music stand! My friend recommended this product to me after purchasing one herself. We jam at Irish music sessions at various places around Southern California and our music binder is packed full o' Irish tunes! My other portable/folding music stand couldn't hold it. My new Peak music stand can hold much more weight but yet it is also completely collapsible/portable in it's own case. Great, great product!
