I purchased this as part of a birthday package for my son. He bought an Ovation guitar a few months ago and needed a case for it. The case seems sturdy and appropiate for the Ovation's unique molding. It just seems that given the unique structure of the Ovation series guitars they might be willing to offer a low end case as part of the purchase price. Overall this case seems more than sutible for the job.

This case came with my ovation. It is a very solid and a very well balanced case. Inside, it's lined and it holds the Balladeer snugly and safely in place. Very well made, comes with lock keys and storage compartment.
