Solid stable stand. I especially like the "feet", which are on both sides of two long horizontal legs which are parallel to the ground Four feet being mechanically better than a tripod. It would work just as well for me without the funny design that holds either thin or more full bodied guitars. It would also work just as well for me if it didn't have the locking system for the neck at the top of the stand. Fortunately, neither of these features gets in the way of it doing its job. if I ever do take it to a gig situation, the lock might prove worthwhile. Until then, two of these stands, which I just purchased, work with three other previously purchased (and different) stands to hold my five guitars. I have two ES Gibsons (165 & 335), a Godin nylon string, a PRS Spruce Hollowbody, and a Guild D25. I wouldn't mind if all five stands were these, but the other three are OK for now.

I recently received the On-Stage Stands GS7465 Pro FLIP-IT A-FRAME Stand from Music123. It appears to be a well made piece of equipment and time will tell eventually how it stands up. The problem with this shipment was that it arrived shoddily packed. Im presuming that these parts of my order (I ordered 3 of them) were stripped of their original packaging so that they could all fit in the same box with the rest of my order. Unfortunately this gave the impression that they were hastily thrown together. I wished the packer had at least left some wrapping on them to protect my merchandise from scratches.

I needed something to prevent my 4 and 2 year old from knocking instruments over in the studio. These are great. You have to really try to knock over an instrument while in this stand. Recommended 100%.

The A frame stands take up less floor space than any other stand that I know of. This is a big plus if you play on crowded stages. And with the flip-it yoke you don't have to worry about elastic retainer bands breaking,
