Cheaply made and unusable, NOT for nitro-celluose guitars

First, mine was poorly made and unusable. The knob/screw that locks the upper neck holding section in place was welded at the wrong angle, causing the neck holder to be angled 15 degrees off center. Totally unusable. I know this stuff is all made in China now, but they need some work with the production jig to make these accurately. Kudos to Music123 who refunded my money without question for this worthless item. Second, note that this is NOT for use with nitro-celluose guitars - that's all vintage Les Pauls, I don't know about other models or manufacturers. It's in the fine print in the listing, don't miss it. The foam they use can dissolve your guitar's finish.

"Buy these stands by the pair." The stand is sturdy enough, snaps together easily, and is well balanced. The neoprene padding gives your guitar great protection against any scratches or nicks. The black color helps to make your guitar stand out better whether it's on stage or on display for whatever reason.
I've heard a few horror stories like the owner who had his guitar damaged when his 2-year child bumped into the stand and the axe fell over - the man complained that the stand wasn't stable enough. Another story includes the guy who's fully-grown black lab hit the stand with similar results. Then we have the guy who felt the tubular stand was of inferior quality because his dog found it too easy to chew off the neoprene padding on the stand. No need for further explanation on these stories since the stands are not child-proof or pet-proof.
My two Martin acoustics are on these stands only when I'm cleaning & tuning, changing out strings or on stage. Otherwise, my guitars are in their hardshell cases and not accessible to young family members, pets or the elements. These stands do their job in great fashion and you can't beat the price.

My only regret is that I didn't know about this stand when I paid twice the price for an identical one by different brand at the store (which was my first stand). If I had known I would have gotten two of these for $14. This one is every bit as good and hold ny bass as good as any. I can't believe Music 123 delivered freeto my house for such ab inexpensive item!

Hey for the price of these and they are sturdy you can't go wrong with them.. just remember the top of the necks don't fold down...I just bouught another 3!!

This is a great stand for the price. I bought it to use with my GS Mini, but I also have a full size dreadnought and an electric bass, they all work great with the stand. It folds up easily and is quite sturdy. I should have bought a few more and I probably will in the near future. Totally worth it!

This stand is as advertised. It's nothing fancy, it's not for the professional musician, although I think it will work just fine for gigs. It's just a simple, sturdy guitar stand that works great! It's adjustable, and looks nice. This was my second buy and should I get more guitars, I will get more of these stands!
