I've bought literally hundreds of these stands. Not heavy-duty; not fall-aparts. I would say medium-duty at a very good price.

I bought these stands as a cheep solution for the stands needed for micing my drum kit for recording. I thought they were going to be cheep and temporary, like other tripod stands, but they're very well put together. The tripod bottoms lock into place and the booms are very sturdy and don't strip easily when putting mics on them. The only down side is the piece that's made for adjusting the height of the stands is lesser quality then the rest of the stand and will break if over tightened. Other than that these are very well put together stands and I'd buy them again if I ever needed more. Definitely recommend these to anyone that needs many mic stands for an affordable price.

Good stands for a great price. Certainly there are better stands out there, but these deliver on value. Nicer and sturdier than I expected. I've bought quite a few of these and used them for live shows, rehearsals, and recordings.
